About the Role
Job Type: Casual (with potential to transition into Part-Time or Full-Time)
Location: Sydney, NSW
Pay: $40 – $60 per hour (commensurate with experience and teaching ability)
You will deliver hands-on, engaging STEM education programs to students ranging from Kindergarten to Year 9. Using drones, robotics kits, and coding platforms, you will inspire the next generation of problem-solvers, creators, and innovators.

About You
We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about education and technology, and who thrive in interactive and creative learning environments.
Essential:
Tertiary qualification (or current study) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mechatronics, AI, Data Science, or a related STEM field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
Practical knowledge of programming, and/or drone systems.
Full working rights in Australia and based in Sydney.
Availability to teach a minimum of 4 hours per week, especially during peak times (weekdays 4–6 PM, weekends 9 AM–6 PM).
Desirable:
Experience in teaching or tutoring (formal school experience is a plus, but not essential).
Familiarity with Scratch, Python, C++, and educational robotics platforms.
Involvement in student competitions (e.g., drone racing, Robotics, STEM Olympiads).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality STEM lessons focused on drones, robotics, and coding.
Facilitate student learning through hands-on activities and project-based experiences.
Mentor students through advanced challenges and competition preparation.
Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.
