One day off every fortnight, working locally.

5 day weeks and overtime are still available, we are all about work life balance for our staff.

This could all be yours. Just Electrical Sydney Pty Ltd are looking for a full time sparky who isn't like the rest. You will be working in and around Sydney's Inner West.

Just Electrical Sydney is a progressive business delivering high levels of customer service with a diverse workload.

We cover most aspects of electrical work. You will always have variety and the opportunity for continued development. The main difference between us and other contractors is that we are looking for staff who genuinely care about what they are doing and want to become part of the Just Electrical Sydney family.

What your days will look like:

- You'll receive an extremely organised schedule of electrical maintenance and installation jobs on ServiceM8.

- You will have your own vehicle and be responsible for managing it. That means keeping good stock levels, staying organised, and having the right equipment so you can complete each task efficiently.

- Connecting with each customer to ensure you fully understand their requirements and helping them upgrade their homes or business

- Staying in constant communication with the team so the day runs smoothly. We are all here to help you perform at your best each day!

- You will be considered an equal with the entire team from apprentice through to general manager as we believe we all need each other to achieve our goals.

What we are looking for:

- A fully qualified electrician with a drivers licence and own tools (company equipment provided)

- A well presented individual looking to work in a positive environment
