About the role

Welco is seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Electrician to join our team. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical services to our diverse client base across a range of residential, commercial and industrial projects.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out a wide range of electrical installations, maintenance and repair work
• Troubleshooting and fault-finding to identify and resolve electrical issues
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
• Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of our electrical services
• Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team

What we're looking for

• A valid Electrician's Licence and at least 3 years' experience as a Licensed Electrician
• A valid NSW Drivers Licence
• General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, regulations and best practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work as part of a team
• A commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of your work
