Rigid Dump Truck Operators – PRODUCTION MINING

🚜 Long-Term FIFO Roles | Small Crews | Be Part of Site Set-Ups

HSS is currently seeking experienced Rigid Dump Truck Operators for multiple open-pit production mining projects across Western Australia. These are long-term opportunities for operators who enjoy working in small teams and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Some of our sites are still in the early establishment phase, so we’re looking for people who understand that things may not be “site ready” from day one and who are keen to be part of getting operations up and running smoothly.

What’s On Offer:

💰 Rates: $50 – $55/hr (based on experience)

📅 Roster: 2:1 (week of days, week of nights, followed by a week off)

✈️ FIFO: Ex-Perth

To Be Successful, You'll Have:

At least 12 months’ experience operating CAT 777s or similar

Experience working on smaller mining sites or crews

Willingness to operate other machinery and assist with general site duties

A strong, consistent work history in production mining

C Class Driver’s Licence

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months)

Highly Regarded:

🔹 Gold or Lithium mining experience

🔹 Water Cart or additional machinery tickets

🔹 HR Driver’s Licence

🔹 Positive attitude and team-first approach
