Rigid Dump Truck Operators – PRODUCTION MINING (Ongoing Work Available)

HSS is currently seeking experienced Rigid Dump Truck Operators for open pit production mining roles across multiple projects in Western Australia.

We’ve got new work starting soon, including a brand new pit and ongoing operations at existing sites. These are long-term roles for the right people, with small crews and great opportunities to upskill and grow your career.

What We’re Offering:

💰 Pay Rates: $50 – $55 per hour (depending on experience)
📅 Roster: 2:1 (1 week days / 1 week nights / 1 week off)
📍 FIFO ex-Perth

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 12 months’ experience operating CAT 777s or similar
Solid work history that shows commitment to your employers
Experience working in production mining environments
Current C Class Driver’s License
Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months)

Highly Regarded:

🔹 Gold or Lithium open pit mining experience
🔹 Operating tickets for Water Carts or other machinery
🔹 HR Driver’s Licence
🔹 Willingness to get involved in general site duties when required
