Formwork Carpenters – Sydney Metro | Ongoing Projects

VP Recruit is hiring experienced Formwork Carpenters to join major commercial and civil construction projects across Sydney, including the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Western Sydney, and Northern areas. Whether you're local to one site or open to travelling, we have long-term opportunities with immediate starts available.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building formwork for slabs, columns, walls, and footings
• Reading and interpreting site plans and technical drawings
• Working with form systems like Peri, Doka, and traditional timber/steel
• Using tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborating with other trades to meet project deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in formwork or structural carpentry
• Valid White Card + PPE
• Plan-reading skills and strong attention to detail
• Physically fit, reliable, and job-ready
• Own tools and transport preferred
