Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for oncology care? Port Lincoln Hospital is seeking an experienced nurse to join our Cancer Services team. This is a unique opportunity to provide vital support and care to patients in need, while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
About the Role:
In this key role within our Cancer Services department, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive and empathetic care to patients undergoing cancer treatment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cancer care services
