🌍 Project Administrator – Strategic Projects

ADVA Group is seeking a driven and adaptable Project Administrator to join our Strategic Projects team—a close-knit, high-performing group responsible for the execution of some of ADVA’s most complex, high-value initiatives.

From national venue launches to international hospitality activations and major event programs, no two days at ADVA are the same. You’ll be deeply involved in the end-to-end delivery of diverse, fast-moving projects aligned with ADVA’s global vision—supporting project managers, liaising with senior leadership (including the CEO), and ensuring excellence in every detail.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Assist with end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent briefs

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups

Maintain meticulous documentation, tracking, and reporting

Support stakeholder communications internally and externally

Manage shared project spaces via Notion, Slack, and Google Suite

Juggle diverse subject matter—from hospitality to esports and more —with precision

Be the organisational glue that keeps timelines and teams on track

Work with the CEO and senior leadership on confidential and strategic tasks

✅ What You’ll Bring

2+ years’ experience in a project administration or coordination role

A Bachelor of Business (MBA pathway desirable)

High digital fluency with Slack, Microsoft Office, Canva, Notion, and Google Suite

Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a can-do mindset

A proactive, highly organised work style with excellent communication skills

A drive to learn fast and take initiative in a high-growth environment
