Pharmacist in Charge –Beautiful, Sunny Mildura $50–$55/hr.

Our high profile Pharmacy client is a well-established community pharmacy in Mildura Victoria.

On their behalf we are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge to join the team.

This full-time role offers $50–$55 per hour and requires an experienced, AHPRA registered pharmacist (minimum one year’s PIC in a similar role) to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional patient care.

As Pharmacist in Charge, you will:

Manage pharmacy operations,

Supervise staff,

Oversee workflow and inventory.

Responsibilities include dispensing medications, providing expert advice, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

You will also be involved in quality assurance, professional development, dispensing, webster packing, vaccinations, and must be familiar with PPA Programs.

Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential.
