This position is available Part-time for a minimum of 3 days per week. Full-time hours are also available.

The Role

We aim to inspire a culture of success, and as a Pharmacist at Wizard, you will be responsible for leading the team day to day to deliver high standards of clinical service and experience, effective dispensary management, and delivery and growth of professional services.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

Delivery and growth of all traditional and complimentary health services

Effective delivery of all services and consultations with a patient-centric focus.

Effective dispensary co-ordination and management

Assist in mentoring and developing the whole pharmacy team.

Support a positive culture and workplace environment.

Deliver a consistent excellence-level patient and customer experience.

Ensure compliance with all state and federal workplace and pharmacy related legislation and guidelines.

Support all QCPP requirements

Deliver on key financial and performance indicators of the pharmacy business in collaboration with others in the leadership team

Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours

Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)

Current General Registration as a pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA is required

Current Immunisation Certification and completion of all required immunisation training

Current First Aid Certificate

Strong and effective communication skills

Dispensary management experience with high attention to detail

Proven ability to work autonomously as well as in a team

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
