About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Carpentry Apprentice to join our growing team at Certified Carpentry And Building Pty Ltd. As a Carpentry Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable skills and gain hands-on experience in the Residential and Commercial industry. This full-time role will allow you to work alongside experienced carpenters and trade professionals and develop your trade in the years to come.

What you'll be doing

Assisting experienced Builders and Carpenters with the construction of Residential and Commercial projects

Learning and applying carpentry techniques, such as structural steel and timber framing, site set-out, roofing, cladding, internal fit out and more

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Participating in on-the-job training and attending Tafe to develop your skills

Demonstrating a strong commitment to work safety and following all relevant protocols

You Must Have

Passion for the construction industry and a desire to listen and learn the trade

A strong work ethic, being punctual and taking pride in your work

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions effectively, not scared to ask questions if not understanding parts of the job

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Basic Hand Tools and Power Tools

A car and drivers license

White Card is a must
