Reformer Pilates experience is essential and Functional Training experience is preferred.

This business is 15 minutes south of the CBD and requires a Full time, passionate, superstar Manager. You will be supported by other full-time and part-time instructing staff across both sides of the business.

The Manager is the front face of the business. The responsibilities are varied but include:
• Appointing and managing the instructor team
• Handling enquiries
• Ensuring an excellent member experience
• Implementing promotional and marketing strategies (with support)
• Maintaining facilities to the highest standard
• Pilates instructing on a weekly basis suitably balanced with other duties

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive, independently driven attitude
• Current qualifications in Reformer Pilates.
• A willingness to work flexibly and as required.
