About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our client's production team. You will play a key role in the manufacturing process, operating machinery used in the fabrication of thermal temperature covers, including cutting, sewing, and sealing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor industrial machines involved in the production of insulation covers (e.g., CNC cutters, sewing machines, heat sealers)
• Follow technical drawings and work instructions to produce precise, high-quality products
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
• Carry out basic machine maintenance and report any malfunctions
• Work collaboratively with the production and quality control teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Comply with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing or textiles environment (preferred)
• Familiarity with technical drawings or manufacturing instructions
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on role
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes

Desirable:

• Forklift or material-handling experience
