The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Electrician with proven leadership experience to join the team. The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising jobs, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction across all aspects of our work, including:

Residential service and maintenance electrical installations and repairs

Solar system installations (grid-connected and battery)

Split system and ducted air conditioning installations

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage onsite team and apprentices with professionalism

Deliver exceptional workmanship, communication, and customer service

Maintain accurate job documentation, testing, and reporting

Communicate with customers, suppliers, and the office to keep projects running smoothly

Promote and uphold site safety, team morale, and job quality

About The Successful Candidate:

Full QLD licensed Electrician

Australian or New Zealand citizen

Proven leadership experience

Strong background in electrical, solar, and/or air conditioning

Ability to manage jobs, motivate teams, and achieve deadlines

Comfortable using job management software

Ability to complete invoicing and cash handling

Current driver's licence and White Card

Safety-first mindset with a can-do attitude
