Tahu Skin is seeking a Part-Time or Casual Dermal Therapist or Beauty Therapist with experience in skin and laser treatments. The ideal candidate will possess an artistic eye, an approachable and friendly demeanor, and a passion for healthy skin.

We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of dermal science, who is genuinely interested in delivering a luxurious experience while enhancing clients' skin health through long-term, customised treatment plans.

The successful applicant will have:

Minimum Diploma of Beauty Therapy (with equivalent industry experience in skin-based treatments highly regarded.

Experience in consultations, skin treatments, Hydrafacial, IPL, Laser & Microneedling valued

Experience taking clinical before and afters as well as in-treatment photographs and use of photographic skin analysis systems

Ability to perform basic beauty treatments such as brow wax, lash lift & brow lamination desired, not essential

Knowledge of cosmeceutical skincare products and ingredients

Strong organisational and time management skills

A keen attention to detail including note taking

The ability to work in a team and cross-refer between treatments and staff

An outgoing, friendly nature and the ability to convert sales

A passion for collaborating with other staff

The ability to work evenings and Saturdays

The role:

Undertake thorough skin consultations with the aim to create ongoing skin management plans

Prescribe and perform medical grade skin treatments

Ensure an exceptional experience for each client through personal touches, including knowing clients by their first name, being familiar with their skin goals and creating long-lasting relationships based around extensive skin management plans

Recommend in-clinic and at home services

Take a true interest in each client's skin journey

Take part in in-clinic training and undertake continued self-directed education

3-4 days per week plus Saturday shifts - required for a short period of time from October - December.
