About the role:

Security Officers

Immediate start ASAP.

Long shifts ongoing DAY/NIGHT - Night-asset protection/Aviation/Government sites-static guards.

Locals only, NO FIFO - please don't apply if not local.

We are currently seeking multiple experienced Security Officers to work in our site in Karratha. We are looking for self-motivated and customer service focused guards who are flexible and available for other positions too.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.

Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behaviour.

Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.

Interviews witness and obtain signatures as needed.

Conduct vehicle / personnel inspections.

Monitor access to authorized patrons, staff, visitors, and contractors using Access Control systems.

Maintain site logbooks.

Interact with key stakeholders including management and emergency services.

Respond to incidents and prepare written reports.

Practice and implement health and safety processes including risk assessments.

Skills and Experience:

Certificate II in Security Operations

First Aid and CPR Certificate

Full WA Driver's License

Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service skills.

In addition to the above:

Be able to work a flexible roster of working across (12 hours shifts day/night)

Basic computer skills

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

Are motivated, determined, punctual and reliable.

The ability to handle and manage challenging/conflicting situations.

The ability to comply with all policies and procedures.
