Position Overview:
The Soccer Coach at Soccajoeys is responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate soccer sessions to children aged 2-8. The coach will create a safe, fun, and educational environment that encourages children to develop fundamental soccer skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of the game. We provide all curriculum and relevant information to make your coaching role as easy and enjoyable as possible! all classes held around Logan and Bayside areas

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute fun, interactive soccer activities tailored for young children.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.

Be reliable and trustworthy

Have a BlueCard and ABN (both we can assist with applications)

Provide positive reinforcement to motivate children and foster confidence.

Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children’s progress and session details.

Maintain the equipment and ensure the session area is clean and safe.

Uphold Soccajoeys’ values and standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

Experience working with children preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and engage young children.

Flexibility to work weekends/weekdays as required.
