We are looking for inspiring and motivated ECT, Lead Educators and Assistant Educators to join our team.

Successful candidates will:

Hold a minimum of a Early Childhood Teaching Qualification or equivalent, Diploma or a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (strongly encouraged working towards qualifications to apply)

Have their current Blue Card or are able to apply for one. (for paid workers, not volunteers)

Have a current CPR and First Aid certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis

Be able to multi-task and move between various age groups.

Have a basic understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Be willing to learn about programming and curriculum planning (no experience in this area needed)

Be able to embrace the Centre values and philosophy

Nurture authentic connections with our children and families

Collaborate with families and the community through interaction, curriculum and documentation

Maintain an environment of consideration where we care for and respect ourselves, others and the environment.

Participate in a collaborative team
