Industrial Electricians Wanted | Infrastructure & Construction Projects

Giidjaa Projects Pty Ltd has positions available for multiple high-profile infrastructure, construction & industrial projects across Sydney. We’re seeking qualified and experienced Industrial Electricians to join our dynamic team.

Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings

Willingness to work up to 60 hours/week

NSW Electrical Licence

Current CPR/LVR

White Card

Any leave scheduled for the next 12 months that is > 2 weeks.

Construction Experience

Unistrut, Cable Tray/Ladder Experience

EWP <11 is a must EWP >11 preferred.

RIW or willing to obtain it

Candidates with the following certificates will be highly considered and shortlisted:

HV Switching

Cert III - IV Instrumentation

Duties will involve but not limited to the following:

Performing electrical installations on construction and infrastructure projects

Interpreting and working from electrical schematics and technical drawings

Installing and terminating cables, conduits, switchboards, and control systems

Conducting testing and fault-finding to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Working collaboratively with site supervisors and other trades

Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

Assisting with additional duties as required by the project or supervisor

What will you get out of this?

Great exposure to everything industrial

10-12-hour shifts with overtime penalties after 8 hours.

Weekly pay

$61 - $65 PH (qualifications pending) plus all allowances as outlined in EBA based on project location and TCV.

Available to commence within 3–4 weeks

Demonstrates reliability and a strong work ethic – punctual, dependable, and consistent

Works effectively within a team environment – communicates well and supports team goals

Willing to assist with additional duties as required – flexible and cooperative when tasks arise outside core responsibilities

Proactive approach to work – takes initiative and actively contributes to problem-solving

Able to interpret and apply electrical schematics and technical drawings
