At Force, we connect skilled tradespeople with leading clients across industrial, manufacturing, and engineering sectors. We’re currently recruiting for several Industrial Electrician roles across Sydney, with a variety of ongoing projects, shutdowns, and maintenance scopes available.

The Roles
We have multiple roles across sites including Parramatta and surrounding areas. These include project-based work, short-term shutdowns, long-term site assignments, and shift cover for FMCG and industrial clients. Whether your background is in installations, reactive breakdowns, or ongoing preventative maintenance, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform electrical installations, upgrades, and commissioning
• Carry out shutdown support across industrial and manufacturing plants
• Complete fault-finding, reactive maintenance, and preventative servicing
• Maintain equipment within FMCG/food and beverage environments
• Work autonomously or as part of a site-based team
• Comply with safety protocols and site procedures

Requirements
• NSW Electrical Licence (full)
• Demonstrated experience in industrial or FMCG environments
• White Card and full Australian working rights
• Own transport and tools preferred
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability

Desirable (but not essential)
• EWP, Confined Space, or Working at Heights
• Experience in food-grade or highly automated environments
• Flexibility for day/night shifts or rotating rosters

What We Offer
• $55–$65 per hour (based on experience and scope)
