About the Opportunity
At NCI, our clients are at the heart of everything we do. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a Client Service Manager (CSM) to take on an established portfolio of clients within WA. This role is key in ensuring exceptional service, maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling. Based out of Osborne Park, our WA team is small yet close-knit and very experienced.
Key responsibilities include:
Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of service and achievement of renewal targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular face-to-face meetings across Perth and, occasionally, regional WA.
Respond to client enquiries with timely, expert advice on NCI's products and services.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations to support client understanding and engagement.
Serve as the key liaison between clients and insurers, effectively advocating on behalf of your clients.
Assess client needs and risk profiles to recommend suitable solutions.
Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio, aligning additional NCI services to client needs
Comprehensive training and a detailed handover will be provided, along with a vehicle or car allowance to support your client visits.
About You
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Experience in a client service or customer retention role ideally within the insurance/finance sector or a related sector.
The ability to build strong, professional relationships.
Confidence working in a business-to-business environment and the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
Knowledge of insurance and/or trade credit (highly desirable).
Strong organisation skills and self motivation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply
