We are now seeking enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Gaming Attendants to join our friendly team.

The Role:
As a Gaming Attendant, you'll be the face of our venue on the floor—creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment for our guests. You'll be supporting gaming, TAB, Keno and cash-handling operations while ensuring compliance and delivering top-tier customer service.

Casual, Part-Time, Full time or Salary role available to the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service across gaming, Keno and TAB areas

Assist patrons with machine operation and resolve minor machine issues

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the gaming floor

Handle cash, floats and payouts accurately and securely

Adhere to licensing and compliance regulations at all times

Assist in responsible service of gambling and alcohol

What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Previous gaming or hospitality experience highly regarded

RSG and RSA Certificates

Availability for night, weekend, and public holiday shifts

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
