To be successful in this role you will need the following:

A Current Queensland RSA & RSG is essential

MUST be willing to obtain a police check

To be energetic with exceptional customer service

The ability to work within a Team and communicate with a diverse range of people.

Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills

A willingness to build a long-term relationship with our customers

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not necessary

Other desirable but not essential skills,

Have experience and understand Card-Based Gaming.

Have experience using the Metropolis Gaming System.

You must be flexible to work under a rotating roster, which includes days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
