About the Role

Due to our continued success and growth, Australian Pacific Training Solutions is expanding our team. We are currently seeking a full-time AHPRA-registered or enrolled nurse to join us as a Trainer. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about education and looking to transition their clinical expertise into a rewarding training position. Based at our Braeside head office, you’ll deliver practical, engaging training to students across a variety of locations, helping shape the next generation of carers and support workers.

What You’ll Do

Deliver engaging training in:

First aid

Manual handling

Infection control

Medication support

Complex care

And a wide range of other nationally recognised courses

Conduct assessments and marking

Deliver training at our facilities and on-site at client premises

Ensure a high standard of customer service and learner support

Requirements for the Role

Current AHPRA registration as a registered or enrolled nurse

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent

Experience in home and community care (highly regarded)

A valid Working with Children Check (paid)

Professional communication skills and a learner-first mindset
