Lantry Earthmoving is seeking a skilled and reliable Grader operator to join our earthmoving company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a proven track record of operating Graders.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Graders on various construction sites. You will work closely with the site supervisor and team to ensure that all Grader tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

· A valid Grader Statement of Attainment

· Valid Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card).

· A current driver’s licence

· Proven experience operating Graders with final trim and detailed Grader capabilities

· GPS/UTS experience desirable

· Follow instructions from the Site Foreman and contribute to a productive work environment.

· Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on site.
