About the role

We are seeking a driven Warehouse Lead to join our team at eps Brisbane in Pinkenba, Queensland. The suppliers are in place, the team is place - bring your energy to lead this fast paced warehouse in the very fast paced events industry.

A great mix between on the floor operations with the team and stepping back and organising dispatch, recievals and rosters. Experience with Microsoft Suite a must for the organisational side of the role.

This is initially a casual role with the potential to become full time for the right candidiate.

What you'll be doing

Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment whilst driving a culture of `safety first’. Ensure all stock is fit for purpose and 100% maintained

Plan and implement efficient cleaning schedules with correct crewing numbers

Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner

Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods whilst adhering to our current processes

Liaise with the full eps national team including Sales, to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Follow eps Warehouse Workflow for all jobs from quote phase to completion

Report to the National Warehouse Manager on a weekly basis

What we're looking for

A person who is keen to get stuck in and take the next step in their warehousing journey. Bring your enthusiam and expertise and push for a full time postion

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Availability on the odd weekend as some site work will be required

Proficient in warehouse operating systems including Outlook and Excel

Thorough understanding of warehousing best practices, including stock control, order processing, distribution and housekeeping

Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment

Forklift and Drivers License a must
