The opportunity

Ultra Tune Bundaberg West requires the services of a light vehicle mechanic.

Previous experience and qualifications are essential.

Paying well above award wage with bonuses available and multiple other incentives.

Duties would include service, repair and diagnosis of all makes and models of car and 4X4

Applicants must be professional and capable with a good attitude and work ethic.

Immediate start available if successful.

Key responsibilities include:

· General vehicle servicing and repairs.

· Vehicle inspection & fault diagnostics.

· Brake and suspension inspections and repairs.

· Tyre replacement and wheel alignments

· Adhere to and follow safety procedures.

· Maintaining workshop order & cleanliness.

· Working as part of a team.

What we look for:

· Current Trade Certificate – Auto Mechanics, Level 3 and above

– Essential.

· Approved examiner for RWC desirable (but not essential)

· Airconditioning licence desirable (but not essential).

· Experience carrying out wheel alignments desirable (but not essential)

· A valid Australian driver’s licence – Essential.

· A professional and reliable attitude – Essential.

· Attention to detail in fault diagnosis.

· Ability to take direction and willingness to learn.

· Loyalty and accountability – Essential.

· Compliant with WH&S rules, regulations and procedures.

· Well-presented and punctual on a daily basis.

· Effective time management skills and able to priorities multiple responsibilities.
