What You Will Be Doing:

Warehouse Organisation & Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse and store areas are always clean, tidy, and efficiently organised.

Forklift Operations: Safely move and handle a variety of marine products using a forklift, ensuring safe storage and timely distribution.

Receipting & Stock Labeling: Accurately receipt incoming stock from suppliers, ensuring proper labelling and documentation. Ensure stock is correctly stored and accounted for.

Order Preparation: Assist with the picking, packing, and processing of orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, labelling, and packing.

Stock Management & Discrepancy Resolution: Conduct regular stocktakes, identify discrepancies, and follow up with suppliers to resolve any issues quickly.

Retail Support: Assist with keeping the retail shop clean and assist customers when required.

Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and ensure a safe work environment at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Forklift License (Required) and experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.

Experience in warehousing (Ideal, but not mandatory—training is available for the right candidate!).

A passion for the marine industry (not essential but a bonus!).

Strong attention to detail, ensuring all stock is handled, stored, and dispatched accurately.

Critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems and think on your feet.

Ability to move heavy equipment and goods safely.

A customer-focused approach, with flexibility to help in the retail shop when required.

Willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the company.
