Reporting to the Practice Manager the role covers:

Payroll processing

Preparing BAS and IAS

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Trust account reporting and audit

Accounts payable

End of month reporting

Workcover reporting

Payroll tax returns

Superannuation requirements

Reconciling leave and preparing leave reports

Requirements include:

2+ years bookkeeping and payroll experience preferably in an accounting or legal firm

Experience with Micropay and MYOB well regarded

A flexible, easy going attitude
