Seeking Exercise Physiologist!

Allied Family Physiotherapy has an opportunity for an Exercise Physiologist to work within a busy private clinic, complete with a full modern gym and rehabilitation space! We have a large team of allied health professionals including physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, dietitians and a podiatrist working within the clinic. The clinic is equipped with all standard gym equipment, as well as Pilates reformers, Normatec recovery compression, and VALD Dynamo and Force Plates, alongside spacious private consult rooms.

The right candidate will be friendly, be enthusiastic about delivering results for clients, and be a great communicator within the multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality assessment, education and exercise prescription for your clients, with a diverse caseload mix including Private, NDIS, DVA, Medicare and WorkCover. You will have the opportunity to further streamline your own clinical skills with regular CPD opportunities within our wider network, with the senior EP onsite, as well as with a yearly CPD allowance.

We have multiple clinics across South East Queensland, all with excellent facilities available. We provide flexibility where your work hours fall and will work with you to create a schedule that promotes work-life balance. We are open Monday to Friday, and typically offer an early finish on Friday afternoons. We are ideally looking for a full time EP, however for the right person, we will consider part time hours.

The successful applicant will require:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in musculoskeletal assessment and chronic disease management preferred

Passion for ongoing learning and progression

Vehicle and valid drivers licence

Current ESSA Accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)

Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check

Current First Aid and CPR certification
