About Us
Hatton Partnership is a family-owned farming business located just north of Warren in Central West NSW. Operating across approximately 11,000 hectares, we produce irrigated cotton and dryland crops including wheat, barley, canola, and chickpeas. We also manage a cattle breeding and trading enterprise. With a team of up to ten staff, we aim to create an enjoyable and supportive work environment. Our operation runs modern Case IH and JD tractors with Trimble GPS and a full suite of up-to-date machinery.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Farm Hand to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves a variety of tasks across our mixed farming enterprise, including cropping, cattle work, and general farm maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Operation and maintenance of modern farm machinery (including SP sprayers)

Assistance with planting, spraying, harvesting, and irrigation operations

Cattle handling, moving and yard work

General farm duties and repairs

Working independently and as part of a team to achieve seasonal goals

Skills & Experience

Experience with SP sprayers and broadacre cropping

Livestock handling experience; working dog skills advantageous

General mechanical knowledge

ChemCert accreditation (preferred)

Current driver’s licence (essential)

Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative
