Good Ways Deli in Redfern, Gadigal Country has a big opportunity available to join the team as a barista in a dynamic, successful young business.

Good Ways is an Australian bakery, sandwich shop and cafe. It seeks to acknowledge and pay respect to our First Nations Peoples and their culture, and to foster this same respect in others. Good Ways is focused on building community by providing a quality product with friendly service. We make and bake as much as we can in store and are open 7 days a week from 7am-3pm weekdays and 8am-2pm weekends. We are seeking a sandwich hand with experience in a similar role. We have full and part time positions available. Salary/hourly rate based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Assembling sandwiches to the highest standard, quickly and efficiently at all times

Set up and restocking of service fridge daily

Assist kitchen manager with daily prep tasks

Assist with customer service

Skills and Experience:

Good organisational skills

Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of team

Food handling skills, including NSW basic food handling
