About the Opportunity
Seeking an experienced CRA to join a close-knit team focused on delivering high-quality clinical trial oversight. The role offers the opportunity to work across several therapeutic areas, with strong support from internal clinical operations staff to enable you to focus on independent monitoring and trial execution.

This position is suited to individuals who have already gained independent monitoring experience and are looking to broaden their exposure to complex trials, with the potential to specialise in areas of personal interest over time.

Duties

• Perform all types of monitoring visits (site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out)
• Maintain strong communication with site staff, investigators, and internal study teams
• Ensure data accuracy, subject safety, and protocol/GCP adherence
• Participate in study start-up and close-out activities, including documentation and regulatory coordination

Skills and Experience

• Life sciences, pharmacy or health-related degree
• Experience in independent monitoring essential
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
