Endeavour Foods
Posted 4 days ago
Are you a dependable, well organised driver who enjoys being on the road and working independently? Do you take pride in providing excellent service and getting the job done efficiently? We’re looking for a Multi Drop Delivery Driver to play a key role in keeping our deliveries running smoothly across WA’s hospitality and retail sectors.
This is a part-time role (5 days per week – Tuesday to Saturday), ideal for someone who values early starts and early finishes, enjoys variety in their workday, and is comfortable dealing with a range of customers and delivery locations. You’ll work closely with our Fleet Manager and the Customer Service Team to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries and uphold our strong reputation for reliability.
This role suits someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and takes pride in their work. One day you might be delivering to a fine dining restaurant, the next, helping a small retail venue keep their seafood stocked. You know your way around Perth and surrounding areas, enjoy meeting people, and genuinely care about quality and service.
About Us:
Endeavour Foods is a proudly WA-owned and operated seafood processor and supplier. Since 2001, we’ve earned our reputation on trust, quality, and genuine relationships with our customers - from boutique venues to some of WA’s top restaurants.
Our mission is clear: to inspire clarity and confidence in every seafood decision. We work closely with our partners to ensure seamless access to top quality products while upholding fairness, integrity, and sustainability throughout the supply chain.
We’re known for going the extra mile and championing local producers. As we grow, we’re focused on strengthening our brand, sharing our story, and continuing to make seafood easier and more inspiring for chefs and businesses across the state.
About the Role and Main Responsibilities:
As a key member of our delivery team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of chilled and frozen goods to a range of hospitality venues, retailers, and foodservice clients across Perth and surrounding areas.
This role is based out of our Hamilton Hill warehouse and operates Tuesday to Saturday, with early morning starts to ensure our customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition. Each shift will begin with assisting the warehouse team to load your delivery vehicle, ensuring all items are securely packed and correctly allocated for your route.
You’ll complete multi-drop deliveries, interacting with chefs, venue managers, and staff, so a friendly and professional attitude is essential. Routes may vary daily, offering a mix of locations and customers to keep the work interesting and engaging.
The position requires a good level of physical fitness, as some manual handling is involved, and a solid understanding of time management to keep deliveries running on schedule. You’ll also be expected to follow all safety procedures, complete basic paperwork or digital logs, and represent the company with pride at every stop.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our delivery service
About You:
We’re seeking a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys being out on the road. The right person will bring strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent time management to ensure deliveries are made safely, efficiently, and professionally. This is a hands-on role where being organised, adaptable, and customer-focused will set you up for success.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
A current unrestricted LR Drivers Licence (or higher)
Previous multi-drop experience
A good understanding of Perth and surrounding areas
Ability to work under pressure
A good level of fitness as lifting can be heavy at times
Excellent personal presentation
Reliable and punctual
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Good communication skills
A positive attitude and a good work ethic
An understanding of workplace safety practices
Why Join Us?:
Work/life balance
A positive and supportive workplace culture
Variety every day
Recognition & respect
Ongoing training & support
Staff discounts on premium seafood and food produce
Free onsite parking
