APG Workforce is currently recruiting physically fit and reliable Process Workers to join a fast-paced poultry processing facility in Beresfield.

This role involves working at the front end of poultry production, specifically in the hanging department, where both chickens and turkeys are prepared for processing. Role Responsibilities:

• Hanging live chickens and turkeys onto production lines
• Working quickly and efficiently to meet production targets
• Repetitive lifting and handling (up to 20kg)
• Working in physically demanding, fast-paced conditions
• Standing for long periods (8–10 hour shifts)
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including working in areas exposed to strong odours and raw materials

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

• Excellent physical fitness and stamina
• A reliable and punctual work ethic – this role is critical to production
• Comfortable working around live poultry and in dirtier environments
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence
• Must not keep birds, chickens, or pigs at home (biosecurity requirement)
• No restrictions preventing you from manual handling or repetitive tasks
• Immediate availability to start work
