Who we are?

We like plumbing, but what we like more is building a company of like minded people who enjoy coming to work with each other. A stress free place to learn and earn good coin is what we aim for. And to help people fix some pipes along the way….

What do we do?

A bloody good job of residential and commercial maintenance plumbing. Everything from leaking taps to fire service repairs and hot water replacements. Big, small and everything in between. We do not do new builds.

We believe that the business is only as profitable as the people in it, that’s why we share it around in way of a monthly bonus for all employees

We know the old ways of plumbing (back breaking long weeks), that’s why we work towards a new way of doing things. With plenty of plumbing experience and with an enthusiasm to improve and develop methods and people, our team will help them grow. We ensure people have opportunities to grow their careers in the direction they want.

-Training such as specific licence courses (Backflow prevention, Service type A), EWP, working at heights, confined space training ect... all paid for by us

What we offer:

$40-$55 p/hour based on experience (+ monthly bonus)

Work ute

MONTHLY BONUS STRUCTURE based on monthly business turnover. We open the books up to all employees

38h week - RDO once a month

Who we’re after:

Plumber (4th year apprentice up to qualified)

At least 3 years of general plumbing maintenance experience

Exceptional customer service

Hard working and eager to learn

Hold a full drivers license
