MOOBA Calleya is located in Treeby 6164. It is one out of 4 locations in Perth (with other stores located in Wembley, Cockburn Central and Shipwreck Park) that has not only developed a strong bond with customers but been known for its great quality coffee and its variety of delicious grilled toasties!

An experienced barista and cafe casual worker is URGENTLY needed for our Calleya store located in Treeby 6164 and our Wembley 6014.

REQUIREMENTS
- START IMMEDIATELY
- Must have coffee experience and knowledge
- Availability of 3 days a week or more
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekdays and weekends (Sundays are a requirement)
- Looking for long term staff willing to stay for a year and more
- Be able to work collaboratively and efficiently in a team
- PASSIONATE about providing great and high quality standard of coffee, food and customer experience
- Efficiency, cleanliness and speed must be natural and automatic to you.
- Latte art is NOT compulsory or required

- Demonstrate effective communication skills
- Remains active on shift and always on your feet
- Needs to learn quickly and be quick while maintaining quality as it is a very fast paced environment and can get very busy
- Must be able to multitask quickly and show initiative
- Creates a lasting and positive experience and connection to customers and staff - good relationship and customer service
- Strong customer services and work ethic
- Attention to detail and motivated to give best service possible
- Openminded and willingness to improve, find improvements and take feedback.

YOUR ROLE
- Create and serve high quality coffee to customers
- Provide excellent and welcoming customer service strengthening the bond between staff and customers and maintaining a friendly cafe atmosphere
- Includes kitchen duties such as assisting in the preparation and assembly of making toasties
- Must confidently take customer orders, restock supplies and complete required daily duties throughout the day.
- Conduct open and closing shifts
- Assist in the preparation and assembly of toasties and sandwiches
- Ensure cafe is always kept in a clean and organised manner
- Communicate to manager about items in low stock. Help send through a stock count of packaging, ingredients, supplies etc.
