About the role

Riversmith', a leading hospitality and tourism business in the Margaret River region of Western Australia, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista all rounder to join our team. This casual position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment, serving our customers exceptional coffee and beverage experiences.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and specialty items

Operate and maintain coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance

Assist with other bar and service duties as required, such as taking orders, serving customers, and handling cash

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Contribute to a positive and engaging customer experience

Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to support the overall operation

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar coffee service role

Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a high level of hospitality

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
