About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Contracts Administrator to join the commercial team on a $200M landmark residential project based in Sydney. You’ll work closely with an experienced Project Manager and Site team to ensure every contract, claim and procurement package runs smoothly from start to finish.

Here’s what a typical day might look like:

• Lead end-to-end procurement and contract administration for your allocated trade packages
• Work closely with the PM to track budgets, claims, and commercial risk
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timelines, scope and costs align
• Review and process progress claims, variations, EOTs, and RFI responses
• Support head contract obligations and reporting — from start-up to handover

Essentials You’ll Need for This Role

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
• Strong track record as a Senior CA with a reputable Tier 2 or strong Tier 3 builder
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontract packages across commercial or residential projects over $50M
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambitious delivery goals
