What You’ll Be Doing:

Fault finding and breakdown repairs on motors, conveyors, drives, VSDs, and control panels.

Isolations, lockout tag-out (LOTO), and urgent shift support.

Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and detailed reporting.

Support plant upgrades, equipment installations, and ongoing site improvements.

Collaborate with fitters, production staff, and other trades in a high-output maintenance team.

What’s On Offer:

Hourly Rate: $45 → $50+/hr + Super + Penalties

OTE (On-Target Earnings): Earn up to $180K per year with overtime and penalties!

Overtime: Significant earnings potential through optional overtime and shift loadings.

Night Shift Loadings: Make the most of night shifts for higher hourly rates and earn more.

Additional Penalties: Penalties for work in high-demand periods or weekends further boost your earnings.

Roster Options:

12-hour Pitman Roster: Day or night shifts.

Optional 7-on/7-off night shift for long weekends and serious OT earners.

What We’re Looking For:

A-Class Electrical Licence (SA).

Strong experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Confident with breakdown response, LOTO, and shift-based trade support.

Hands-on fault finding with PLCs, drives, motors, and control panels.

Physically fit and comfortable working in hot, dusty, high-output conditions.

Able to pass a pre-employment medical and provide a clean Police Check.
