The Candidate:

We are looking for a fulltime Electrical Tradesman in the Cairns Area. As an employee of Richardson's Electrical Service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, a high quality of workmanship, following safe work practices while meeting Australian Standards in the industry. As a qualified tradesman, you will be a leader, teacher and trainer for our apprentices and have the ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines as directed.

Required Qualifications:

Current Queensland Electrical Licence

Drivers Licence

Construction White Card

Solar Accredited (preferable but not essential)

Cert 111 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (preferable but not essential)

Working with Children Blue Card (preferable but not essential)

The Position:

Will involve all aspects of general electrical installation including repairs & maintenance and replacements for clients - commercial, industrial and residential:

C-Bus Automation

Solar Installation

Air Conditioning

Data Cabling

Security & Alarms

Smoke Alarm Compliance

Fault finding electrical issues and completing necessary works to resolve.

New home builds from ground work to completion.

Maintaining effective communication- verbal and written with clients and management in relation to all work carried out.
