About the role

This part-time Housekeeper role Tamworth, NSW offers an attractive hourly rate in a supportive and caring environment. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation skills. You will be supporting a busy family based in Tamworth who run their business operations from home with 3 older children (17, 16 and 11.)

Position:

Permanent Part-Time 12 hours per week

3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday

4 hours per day - start and finish times are flexible

What you'll be doing

All aspects of domestic house cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen etc.

Weekly changing of linen

Laundry duties including washing, folding, occasional ironing (mainly school uniforms)

Domestic pet care i.e. cleaning water dishes, topping up food, cleaning of kitty litter

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in the private sector

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

Proactive in determining items for attention

Excellent communication skills

Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Must be good with domestic animals' cats and dogs

Must Have:

Clean driving record and reliable vehicle

Current Police Check and Blue Card

Current First Aid and CPR - or willing to obtain
