Landscape Laborer / Assistant to Landscape Foreman – Join Our Team!

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking landscape laborer / assistant to a landscape foreman to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and eager to develop new skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Assisting the landscape foreman on-site with various tasks
✔️ Helping on our small farm where we manufacture landscape products for our projects
✔️ Supporting with construction site organization (e.g., booking deliveries, preparing materials)
✔️ Working on both small-scale and large-scale landscaping projects
✔️ Being part of diverse tasks, from manual labor to learning advanced landscaping techniques

Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ No prior landscape experience required, but 6–12 months in construction or landscaping is a plus
✔️ A strong work ethic, reliability, and a passion for outdoor work
✔️ Someone looking for a long-term role and a career in landscaping
✔️ Physically fit and ready to work in all weather conditions
✔️ Driver’s license and own vehicle required to travel to sites across Sydney
