Be part of our growing family
As the Senior on a small team (2-3 representatives) we are looking for your team lead and workflow management skills. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience for customers in our eCommerce channel. This includes placing orders and answering questions for new and existing customers via telephone, email and/ or live chat.
You will quickly become a subject matter expert in our products – including The Man Shake, The Ladies Shake and The Kids Shake brands.
You will be responsible for
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience to all consumers via telephone, email and/ or live chat
• Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner and within specified timeframes
• Manage and maintain customer accounts and information via internal systems
• Process customer orders via telephone, verify product availability and manage returns (if appropriate)
• Provide solutions to customer enquiries through knowledge of our products and brands
• Resolve customer issues quickly by following up any issues that arise or escalating calls to Manager or other departments (as necessary)
• General administrative tasks
What we are looking for
• At least 4 years’ experience in customer service experience (ideally working in a comparable industry)
• Exposure and experience to our current ERP system, Salesforce Service Cloud (desirable )
• High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• High level of resilience and ability to preserve through challenges with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Positive energy with a passion to help others
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
