Our client is seeking an experienced F&B Attendants to assist with serving customers at Brookvale Oval on Saturday 2nd August for a major event.

Requirements for each role:

Bartenders
- Fully Vaccinated
- Valid RSA
- Familiarity with day-to-day bar operations
- Retail Bar experience
- Impeccable presentation
- Strong attention to detail, work well under pressure, and work well in a busy team environment

Corporate Wait Staff
- Corporate dining experience
- Ability to manage a section
- 3 plate carry and 5 plate clear
- Knowledge of basic cocktails
- Bar experience with mixed drinks and tap beers
- Impeccable presentation
- Strong attention to detail, work well under pressure, and work well in a busy team environment.

F&B Runners
- RSA
- Physically fit to complete repetitive lifting of boxes
- Be able to restock and clean bars as required
- Strong attention to detail, work well under pressure, and work well in a busy team environment.

What to wear

Uniform
- Black Trousers
- White Long Sleeved Shirt
- Black Leather shoes (no runners/sneakers)
- Long hair tied back and well groomed appearance
