Store Manager Barista in World Square – Lead a Vibrant Coffee & Pastry Team!

Are you a natural leader with a passion for coffee, pastries, and people? We're looking for a dynamic Store Manager Barista to take charge of our NEW bustling food and beverage store serving top quality coffee and ready-to-go pastries in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

As our Store Manager and main Barista, you'll be the heartbeat of our store operations driving team performance, customer satisfaction, and store profitability while fostering a positive and energetic culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, train, supervise, and inspire your team to deliver top-tier service

Manage staff rosters, attendance, and performance reviews with efficiency

Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations

Deliver ongoing training on new products, systems, and procedures

Drive store performance by meeting sales targets and controlling inventory

Oversee order management and ensure consistent product availability

Assist in onboarding and training new franchisee staff

Champion a supportive, team-oriented, and motivating environment

What You Bring to the Table

2–3 years in a supervisory or store management role

1–2 years’ experience as a coffee barista

Experience in a bakery environment (ready-to-serve; from scratch baking a plus!)

Strong skills in rostering, conflict resolution, and communication

Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and scheduling software

Knowledge of food safety and OH&S regulations

A hands-on, problem-solving approach and ability to multitask under pressure
