Our Opportunity

As we continue to expand and grow our team, we have opportunities for Surveyors to join a project based in rural NSW. This could be a FIFO opportunity (we are open to locations and do not need to be based in Sydney) which is currently 2 weeks on and 1 week off or you could move to rural NSW. All our roles give the successful candidate the opportunity to utilise and further develop their Surveying skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing fieldwork, calculations, data processing, including liaison with clients and communication with the business. Linke & Linke do not undertake a large amount of cadastral work and it is mainly civil and construction.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated Surveyor with the following:

Qualifications in Surveying recognised in Australia

Based in Australia already with working rights (we are not recruiting international candidates at this time)

Demonstrated successful experience in a surveying role covering a range of projects

Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment and software.

An eye for detail and thorough checking work to ensure accuracy

Demonstrated ability to manage projects or a team will be highly regarded

Excellent time management skills

Ability to collaborate with other professionals, requiring the ability to work effectively in a team and share information

Good communication skills - Surveyors need to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences, which requires clear and concise verbal and written communication

As you would work in different environments and with various clients, this role requires the ability to adjust communication style and approach to suit different situations

Ability to work overtime if required and being able to adapt to different sites / locations / conditions

A valid Australian Driver’s licence or ability to drive in Australia, white card and willing to travel
