Established in 2011, our client who operate in storage manufacturing, is one of Australia’s largest clothing and post-consumer reuses and recycling companies finding second homes for Australia’s unwanted clothes and post-consumer products in local and global communities where they are needed the most.

They are seeking a warehouse storage worker to assist with day-to-day clothing bales that have been transported by trucks, and forklift operation to help load/unload trucks and containers.

Responsibilities:

Forklift duties loading and unloading clothing bales into containers.

Weigh clothing bales 20 or 40ft prior to loading.

Record all bales using the app provided at the scale.

Write Initial kgs on each bale.

Load any waste bales into a waste bin.

When container is full, paperwork is required to be filled out and send to the office.

General housekeeping, ensuring working stations are clean and tidy.

Key Skills:

Previous experience in a warehousing environment.

Forklift license [must have essential].

Good communication skills.

Attention to detail.

The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
