About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of:

Leading sales operations and consistently exceeding monthly sales targets

Managing the end-to-end customer journey with a sharp focus on satisfaction and style

Supporting car acquisitions and curating the showroom with top-performing stock

Training and mentoring junior staff as we expand

Bringing innovative ideas to elevate the dealership experience

While our current stock is strong, we’re actively building towards an even more elevated collection of stylish and premium vehicles, you’ll play a key role in shaping that journey.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in automotive sales (manager or senior consultant level)

Driven, organised, and goal-focused

Strong communication and leadership skills

Confident in managing deals, negotiations, and high-end clients
