Are you an experienced, motivated car detailer ready to work on premium vehicles and earn on your own terms? Luxe Finish Details is expanding, and we’re seeking skilled subcontractor detailers to join our growing team across the Macarthur region.

This is an ongoing, flexible subcontractor role with job-based pay, ideal for those who take pride in their detailing work, communicate well with clients, and want to be part of a professional and customer-focused brand.

Services You’ll Help Deliver:

You’ll be working under our brand and delivering a wide range of detailing services including:

Full interior and exterior detailing

Ceramic coating preparation and application

Paint correction and enhancement

Headlight restoration

Engine bay cleaning

Stain, odour, and pet hair removal

Maintenance detailing (return clients)

Pre-sale and premium packages

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We’re looking for detailers who are:

Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Confident in communication and customer service

Meticulous with an eye for quality and detail

Comfortable upselling products or services when appropriate

Able to maintain efficiency while delivering top-tier results

Requirements (Must Have):

ABN (Australian Business Number)

Public liability and professional indemnity insurance

Valid driver’s licence + registered, roadworthy vehicle (preferably Ute or Van to hold supplies)

Police check (or willing to obtain)

*Mobile phone and ability to use apps or messaging for job dispatches and updates

Minimum 2 years of experience in detailing (4–5 years highly preferred)

Tools & Equipment:

You must have your own tools and equipment

Luxe Finish Details will supply all chemicals and detailing products

You’ll be provided with a branded company uniform and signage
